One thing I've learned about Craigslist (which I've come to recognize as a VERY wonderful way to share information) is that, even when an ad is renewed, it's still given a different url than its original one.
Therefore, if you want to keep some information going for a long time, it would be good to copy it somewhere else and, then, share this centralized link to said information enclosed in more temporary articles.
This does away with the problem of "dead" links.
Since I want to share the lives of the three following gentlemen for an indefinite period of time, I've created something here.
I'm planning on nesting this in something else I'm writing as well (When that's finished, I'll update this to show it).
Anyway, something amazing (and FAR from being the ONLY amazing thing about these guys!) about Roger Dean Kiser, Russell T. Hartsaw, and Stuart V. Goldberg is that I've met all of them since the time when a two instead of a one starts the calendar year and that I met them in the order in which they would appear in an alphabetically-arranged information book (going by first names).
In fact, I've just noticed that you can go to their last names and find out that they go--from the most-currently-met to the earliest-met--as they would appear in a telephone directory.
If THAT isn't amazing enough, they also have middle names that go alphabetically from earliest-met to most-currently-met.
Of course, what amazes me the most about Roger, Russell, and Stuart is how each one has his own special way of setting out to right the wrongs of society.
Please be sure to visit their websites (which I've placed in the blog-entry to which each of these introductions has a link placed).
You definitely won't be disappointed--and, hopefully, will be inspired to join them in their endeavors!
Roger Dean Kiser

in the Brunswick, GA general section of Craigslist.
Roger Dean Kiser--a local writer and activist--has been included in a limited and unique list by Indiana writer and activist, Ainsley Jo Phillips.
Only three people are part of this list, and details can be found by going to this entry in her "Just Because" blog:
http://ajsharesjustbecause.blogspot.com/2010/09/abc-activists.html
All three people making this list are worth having their websites (which are included in the blog-entry) checked out.
Ainsley Jo met Roger early in 2001 when both of them were writing for a now defunct writing site out of Australia called WrittenByMe. Ainsley Jo was very impressed with how Roger had turned his life around after growing up in the abusive atmosphere of a Jacksonville, Florida orphanage and was now sharing his memories (many very traumatic) in the stories that he was telling. Roger likes to prepare for writing by taking his mind back to those times when he was that victimized little boy so that he's able to write from a child's point of view.
On his personal website, you will find details on how to order his books and CDs. However, you will also find that he shares many stories for free right on the site, and they can be reached by simply by clicking on the pictures of the book covers. These days, Roger can be found--among other places--as AuthorRDK at Gather and Roger Dean Kiser at Facebook.

Russell T. Hartsaw

Russell T. Hartsaw--online journalist and longtime advocate for street youth in the San Diego area and any other places where they might be--has been included in a limited and unique list by Indiana writer and activist, Ainsley Jo Phillips.

Ainsley Jo met Russell on January 15, 2007 at an online discussion site called Duno and was very impressed with his amazing journey from an abandoned nine-year-old to the social activist that he his today--a journey that has even included a sum total of over four decades of incarceration (from his teen years into his senior years) for nonviolent crimes. He has been back in the community for over seven years now and has been a model citizen who has reached out to countless youth in hopes of sparing them the making of mistakes like his own in response to the hands that they have been dealt in life.
Russell lives on a monthly disability check but still has managed to feed, clothe, and care for countless street youth. He has been able to generate some help in doing so via an organization he founded on March 26, 2007 called Invisible Youth Network. However, he needs considerably more helping hands in order to really make more than a small dent.
His story is like that of the person (sometimes, portrayed as a child or youth, and, other times, portrayed as an old man in this parable) going along the beach, finding starfish washed ashore, and tossing them back into the ocean before they dehydrate to death.
When the starfish tosser is told that there are thousands and thousands of starfish drying up in the sand and that he can't possibly save them all, the tosser picks up one and throws it in the ocean while replying, "I saved this one!"
That isn't good enough for Russell. If he were that starfish tosser, he would tell the world to "Quit blabbering and start helping me! We've talked about it too damn long! Why in the hell aren't we acting!?!"
This, after all, is pretty much what he says when it comes to helping our invisible youth...

Stuart V. Goldberg
The following was originally posted on September 24, 2010
in the Chicago, IL general section of Craigslist.
Stuart V. Goldberg--a familiar, easy-on-the-eyes face around The Windy City who wears colorful clothes and many hats, among them: attorney, novelist, screenwriter, director, and a real life Superman--has been included in a limited and unique list by Indiana writer and activist, Ainsley Jo Phillips.
Only three people are part of this list, and details can be found by going to this entry in her "Just Because" blog:

Ainsley Jo met Stuart sometime after reading an article posted about him at Hollyscoop in mid-July of this year. The article was about his take on troubled, young actress, Lindsay Lohan, and she was touched by how compassionate he was in his description of her. She knew right then that she wanted to get to know this man better, so she did a Google search for him and found the website for his law office.
Upon reading his biography there, she knew that they really needed to make a connection, as they shared a lot of feelings about life in common.
There was a snail-mail address and a phone number listed but no e-mail. She thought that the initial introduction might be best done by e-mail, which was both quick and worked best when it came to catching somebody having a spare moment.
Since everybody and his brother seemed to have a place at Facebook, she thought that might be a possibility--and she was happy to find out that her hunch was right.
He was quick to accept her friendship, and, over the past several weeks, she has learned more and more about what this fellow Midwesterner has to offer life. She sees him as multi-talented and with such a burning desire to use his talents and other assets to lift people up--including herself. It's no wonder that Stuart is very popular with people of all social classes! He came from a middle-class (at best) home, now lives in luxury, but is still down-to-earth and with enough love inside of him to share with an entire world!
The words from the last part of the late, great John Lennon's song, Imagine, could very well be a description in a nutshell of Stuart V. Goldberg:
"You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one"
